PGF Cancellation Policy:

 All classes close 6 hours prior to class start time.  It is the student/client/members responsibility to cancel their class if they are signed up/ registered for a class and are not able to make their class time for any reason.

If a student is a no-show it will result in a loss of the class payment and charged accordingly.  All sales are final.

PGF Purchase Policy:

All purchases are valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

 All Sales are FINAL, No Refunds

STUDIO POLICIES & RULES
Please Read Carefully

  1. Registration and class payment is due prior to attending class

  2. All participants must be 18 yrs. or older. Minors are allowed w/ parental or guardian release.

  3. PGF reserves the right to make changes to class schedule based on instructor resources & availability

  4. Student Minimum is (2) students. If there are less than 2 students signed up for any class the studio has the right to cancel. The student affected by said cancellation will be notified via txt, email or phone call and class will be credited with NO penalty

  5. Return Policy: All sales are final, no refunds, All class memberships, class packages, party deposits are non-refundable. All private lessons or studio rentals are non-refundable. Privates may be rescheduled with 24 hour notice of cancellations.

  6. Attire: No nudity is allowed. Proper attire must be worn at all times. (Shorts, leggings, tank top, sports bra, NO street shoes)

  7. NO STREET SHOES

  8. PGF reserves the right to remove a student for any reason, including attire

  9. LATE POLICY: If you are late to a pole or aerial class you will not be permitted to participate after the 1st 5min. Class purchase is Non-Refundable. Please DO NOT BE LATE!
